Warranty and Repairs Policy
Warranty

1. Our warranty encompasses repairs for reasonable normal wear and tear, including issues like rips, worn spots, holes in the knees, belt loops, buttons, etc. We proudly offer unlimited repairs, focusing on addressing problems with thread, buttons, and rivets.  So it you rip 'em, we will fix 'em.
2. Kindly note that our warranty excludes repairs for stains, burns, or bleached-out material. If the damage is akin to a 'Full blow-out' or necessitates a complete replacement of pocket bags, a fee may be applicable as it falls beyond the purview of general wear and tear. We reserve the right to decline free repair services if we suspect damage has been intentionally caused.
3. For hemming requests, please provide details about the washing and drying history, including the number of times. Remember, we can only hem up.
4. Our warranty extends to the usable life of the product.  At a point the jeans or jackets become unrepairable due to the extent of degrading material souring the repair spot.  At this point, the product is at the end of life and we will provide suggestions for repurposing them.

Repairs for Other Manufacturers

1. At a cost, we extend our repair services to jeans manufactured by others, provided they are 100% cotton. Feel free to email us to discuss and receive estimated costs.

Shipping

1. Before shipping, please reach out to us via email to discuss your needs, and including pictures would be beneficial. If there are specific items you prefer not to be repaired, kindly mention them in your email; otherwise, we may proceed with repairs.  We will also send you our shipping address.
2. Wash your jeans or jacket that will be repaired before shipping.
3. Please note that we do not work on dirty jeans. Jeans received in an unclean condition will be returned without service, with shipping costs at your own expense.
4. You are responsible for the shipping cost, and the estimated repair time is 4 to 6 weeks.

Repairs Methods and Results

1. While we aim for perfection in repairs, it's crucial to understand that they may not be flawless. We strive to blend in with the existing jeans, but there might be noticeable differences in thread color. In some instances, we may add backing for structural support, potentially resulting in added bulkiness in the repaired area. Replacement material may also differ visibly.
2. Please be aware that it may not always be feasible to darn the corners of pockets due to hidden rivets. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing the best possible repair service for your jeans.
